If you wish to cancel your stay, you can do so up to 7 days before the start of your stay. We will then refund your deposit.

If you cancel your stay less than 7 days before the scheduled date, we reserve the right to ask for full payment. This provision does not apply in the event of a new governmental confinement in response to the Covid-19 epidemic.

Rates and cancellation conditions offered by online travel agencies may differ from those offered on this site.

Café Bulle is a non-smoking guesthouse. Small dogs are allowed.

Arrivals are between 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate you if you are delayed.

Rooms must be vacated by 11am.

Breakfast is included in the stay, and can be taken between 8:00 and 9:30 am.

Cleaning is included in the stay.

You can offer a stay at La Maison d'Hôtes Café Bulle to anyone you choose. Gift cards can be purchased exclusively on our website, here.

The gift card is assigned to a beneficiary designated by the purchaser at the time of purchase on our website. It can only be transferred to another person upon written request (by email or message from our website) from the purchaser or the beneficiary.

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The gift card entitles the holder to a stay (including nights and breakfast) of the specified duration for two people traveling together and sharing the same room. The beneficiary will not have to pay us anything for the stay, as tourist taxes are included in the price of the card.

Any additional services (excluding overnight stays and breakfast) must be paid for on site by the beneficiary at the end of his/her stay.

The beneficiary will have to book his stay with La Maison d'Hôtes Café Bulle by sending us an email or a message from our website, or by calling us. Reservations via our reservation system or via agencies with which we are affiliated are not possible.

Reservations will be made taking into account our availability on the dates in question.

Once a reservation has been confirmed, it cannot be postponed or cancelled.

If the beneficiary does not show up on the reservation date (arrivals between 4pm and 9pm), the gift card will be cancelled.

The gift card given to the purchaser and then to the beneficiary is a promotional item that does not entitle the bearer to a stay. Only the name of the beneficiary designated by the purchaser will be valid for the reservation and stay. If the card is lost, the beneficiary will still be able to book the stay.

The gift card cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded, even partially.
